SHIPPING UK
We aim to despatch your item within 48-72 hours by Royal Mail. After you have received your confirmation email your item should be delivered within 2-3 working days. Please give 5 working days after estimated delivery time before sending an inquiry if your parcel hasn't arrived. All orders are tracked and signed for.
Orders will not be shipped out on holidays, they will be shipped the following business day.
**Please allow an extra 24-48 dispatch time during seasonal sales and busy periods
INTERNATIONAL
Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control customs fees or policies and our shipping does not cover these fees.
Delivery when using this service can take up to 10 working days. If your order has not arrived within the time frame, please email info@fearnoevil.co.uk and we will help to resolve this immediately.
CUSTOMS
In the circumstance that taxes, tariffs or a handling cost are required, it will be your responsibility to make payment prior to receiving the goods. Please note, if payment is not made for whatever reason, your order will be returned to Fear No Evil and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
*Please make sure you email your order number and reason for return to info@ fearnoevil.co.uk before returning your item.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURNING AN ITEM(s)
For a refund or exchange must be made within 28 days of placing the order. Any returns made after this period may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address. Fear No Evil return/exchange policy doesn’t cover the following:
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or accidents
- If product care instructions are not followed
- Discontinued items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product has been washed
- The product has a distinct smell
- The product is returned with animal or human hair
- The product is without its original packaging

COMMON REASONS FOR REFUSAL OF RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Any items that are returned which are covered in animal or human hair may not be exchanged or refunded.
- Any items found to have a distinct smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odor etc)
- Any items that have stains or have been washed. Returned items must be in the original condition. This is the same condition that you received them in, including tags and packaging.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fearnoevil.co.uk
EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fearnoevil.co.uk
SHIPPING/RETURNS
To return your product, contact us at info@fearnoevil.co.uk and we will send you the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NOTE: International orders MAY be subject to VAT, customs, and international handling fees; these responsibilities will NOT be handled by Fear No Evil.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
UK
- Royal Mail Standard (£4.99) – This service usually gets there the very next day, however in some circumstances it can take an extra day or two maximum. Your order will be fully trackable and the tracking number will be provided on dispatch
Please note that fearnoevil.co.uk do not provide these delivery times, these are estimated delivery times provided by the mail service and any late arrivals are to be taken up with the mail service themselves. Any orders that have had a delivery attempted but no one is home to sign for, they will be taken to your nearest sorting office and you will be left a delivery attempt note, which you should take with you to collect the delivery at your soonest convenience. Should you not collect your order within the given period it will NOT be returned to us and therefore will be destroyed so you will not be eligible for a refund or a reship.
INTERNATIONAL
- Royal Mail International Tracked (£8-£12) – This service usually gets there within a week depending on location, however in some circumstances it can take an extra day or two maximum. Your order will be fully trackable and the tracking number will be provided on dispatch
Please note that all international orders are final. We do not accept returns or offer re-shipments if an order is held or confiscated by customs. While we will do everything on our end to minimise the possibility of seizures, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the legality of the products in their destination country before placing an order.
REFUNDS/RETURNS (UK ONLY)
We hope that you'll love everything you ordered from fearnoevil.co.uk. But if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivered date.
Note: We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorised by our Customer Service team (info@fearnoevil.co.uk). We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us and provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order Cancellation
- For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
- We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
- Generally, you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
Return/Exchange Process
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. All products must remain in their new and unopened condition to qualify.
- Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense unless the return is due to an error by fearnoevil.
- We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
