Undenatured whey protein concentrate provides all of the essential amino acids the body needs for growth and repair and is rich in branch chain amino acids (BCAAs) and glutamine as well as bioactive compounds and growth factors, and is low in fat and cholesterol.

GRASS FED UNDENATURED PARTIALLY HYDROLYSED WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE

Undenatured partially hydrolysed whey protein isolate provides all of the essential amino acids the body needs for growth and repair and is rich in branch chain amino acids (BCAAs). It contains virtually zero carbohydrates and fat, and is more quickly digested and absorbed by the body than whey protein concentrate, providing your muscles with a rapid supply of amino acids.

GRASS FED UNDENATURED MICELLAR CASEIN

Micellar Casein is a complete protein derived from milk, which provides all of the essential amino acids the body needs for growth and repair. In contrast to whey protein’s rapid digestion, micellar casein is referred to as a ‘time-release’ protein because it is digested slowly, feeding your muscles with amino acids at a low level over a period of up to 8 hours to ensure optimum growth and recovery. Micellar Casein also has a powerful anti-catabolic effect.

LEUCINE

Leucine is an essential amino acid. It initiates the process of protein synthesis to enhance muscle growth and repair. It also prevents the breakdown of muscle protein and enhances elements of athletic performance, including strength, endurance, and power.

LEUSYN® (GLYCYL-L-LEUCINE)

Glycyl-L-Leucine is our advanced leucine delivery system. It comprises a combination of the amino acids, leucine, and glycine, in their dipeptide form, which means that they are joined together by a peptide bond. This enhances the rapid and efficient uptake of leucine into the muscles to stimulate growth and repair.

TAURINE

Taurine is one of the most abundant amino acids found in muscle and other tissues. It performs an important role in a wide range of functions in the body including muscle contraction, and helps to prevent muscle catabolism by inhibiting the expression of certain genes. It also has beneficial effects on various forms of cardiovascular disease including ‘Bodybuilders Heart’ (cardiac hypertrophy). Despite its importance, the typical intake of taurine is only 400mg/day, which is considerably below the recommended amount. Time 4 Whey Protein Professional provides 2000mg per serving.

LACTOFERRIN

We have added the bioactive peptide Lactoferrin. One of its main functions in the body is to bind with iron and transport it, which is essential for oxygen transport in working muscles. It also helps to protect the lining of the gut and has important anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
