MK 677 mimics the growth hormone-stimulating action of the endogenous hormone ghrelin.
A single 25mg dosage has been shown to cause an equivalent IGF-1 response to that exhibited by 6-8 IU of daily injectable GH use!
However, unlike daily GH use, there is none of the inevitable (catabolic) cortisol elevation and significant shutdown of natural GH production.
Also, unlike exogenous GH use, prolactin will stay within the normal range, -something not experienced with any other GHRP.
Elevated prolactin is quite often the reason behind why some experience gynecomastia (bitch tits) during GH use.
