PHOSPHATIDIC ACID

Phosphatidic Acid plays a crucial role in signalling pathways involved in muscle protein synthesis (MPS), which is the process by which muscle cells build new proteins, leading to muscle growth and repair. BORON CITRATE

Boron Citrate is a trace mineral that can influence testosteron levels throuhg several dofferent mechanisms.

By inhibiting SHBG, boron can increase the amount of free, biologically active testosterone in the bloodstream. It also influences the activity of enzymes involved in steroid metabolism, such as 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (17β-HSD).
