LIQUID SARMS CARDARINE

Pure Rawz Cardarine, also known as GW-501516, is a PPAR agonist. Cardarine is used in research for its potential to facilitate fat-burning by increasing endurance and stamina.

A study done on the effects of GW-501516 for enhancing running endurance in Kunming mice demonstrated that a 3-week dosing protocol with GW-501516 was able to increase performance related to running of both trained and untrained mice.

Similar to training, GW-501516 showed a potential increase in mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation and enhanced fat metabolism in muscle tissue. This could potentially lead to less demanding cardiovascular work, increasing weekly deficits, and resulting in increased fat loss.

Another study found that when dosed to obese rhesus monkeys, GW-501516 caused a dramatic dose-dependent rise in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol while lowering the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting triglycerides, and fasting insulin.

How Does GW-501516 Work?

Cardarine selectively targets the peroxisome-activated receptor δ (PPARδ) with high affinity and potency, which is why it is termed a PPARδ agonist. PPARδ agonists are known to enhance fatty acid metabolism, preserving glucose and physical endurance.

Research has shown that this research compound regulates fatty acid oxidation in several tissues, such as the skeletal muscle tissue and adipose tissue. This shows immense promise in the potential ability of Cardarine to cause fat loss and offer additional benefits.

Pure Rawz Cardarine Research

Multiple animal studies have been carried out on Cardarine. This PPAR Delta receptor agonist has also attracted a few clinical trials. However, the available clinical data isn’t sufficient to claim it is safe for human consumption. More clinical trials are needed to determine its long-term consequences.

Cholesterol

GW-501516 (2.5, 5.0, or 10.0 mg) or placebo was given for 12 weeks, to patients (n=268) with high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol <1.16 mmol/L. Fasting lipids/apolipoproteins (apos), insulin, glucose, and free fatty acid were measured; changes from baseline were calculated and assessed.

GW-501516 demonstrated HDL cholesterol increases up to 16.9% (10 mg) and apoA-I increases up to 6.6%. Reductions were observed in low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (-7.3%), triglycerides (-16.9%), apoB (-14.9%), and free fatty acids (-19.4%).

A second smaller exploratory study assessed GW-501516’s impact on lipoprotein particle concentration. Significant reductions in the concentration of very low LDL (-19%), intermediate LDL (-52%), and LDL (-14%) were observed, whereas the number of HDL particles increased by 10%.

Fatty Acids

A small study was conducted on mice to assess the impact of PPAR delta agonists on fatty acids. It was found that GW-501516 treatment induced fatty acid oxidation in mouse skeletal muscles.

Aside from that, Cardarine treatment also markedly improved diabetes. This was revealed by the decrease in plasma glucose and blood insulin levels in obese mice. These data suggest that GW-501516 merits further investigation for its potential ability to induce fatty acid oxidation.

Running Endurance

A study was carried out to assess the impact of GW-501516 on running endurance in Kunming mice.

It was observed that this research compound enhanced running endurance in both trained and untrained mice. GW-501516 treatment also increased the percentage of slow-twitch muscle fibers.

Inflammation

A recent study set out to investigate the effects of GW-501516 as a PPAR delta agonist on inflammation in mice. It was found that GW-501516 treatment reduced atherosclerotic lesions. This data shows that Cardarine merits further investigation as a potential treatment for atherosclerosis.

To further assess its anti-inflammatory activity, one study examined interleukin-6 levels, which we know to be a marker of inflammation. The results obtained showed that GW-501516 might be useful for suppressing specific systemic inflammatory reactions.

Metabolism

A study investigated the effects of GW-501516 administration on metabolic disorders in Caucasian men (ages 18 – 15). It was observed that a two-week treatment with GW-501516 ameliorated multiple metabolic abnormalities, including obesity, insulin resistance, and oxidative stress.

Longer randomised trials and research could potentially evaluate its efficacy in improving physical function and health outcomes in select populations.

Cardarine FAQs

Is Cardarine A SARM?

Cardarine is not a selective androgen receptor modulator or SARM. SARMs work by binding androgen receptors in specific tissues, whereas GW-501516 specifically targets the peroxisome-activated receptor δ (PPARδ).

Is Cardarine Legal?

Cardarine is legal to buy and sell as a research compound. It can be used for laboratory research purposes only.

What Is The Half-Life of Cardarine?

Cardarine has a half-life of between 12 and 24 hours.

Does GW-501516 Increase Muscle Gene Expression?

Research has shown that Cardarine increases muscle gene expression, especially genes involved in preferential lipid utilisation. This highlights its potential ability to enhance the cholesterol profile.
